> Andrew L. Stoler
Andrew L. Stoler was appointed Deputy Director-General of the World Trade Organization in November, 1999. He has specific responsibility within the WTO for dispute settlement questions, the General Agreement on Trade in Services and for market access issues as they relate to non-agricultural products. He also directs WTO administration and personnel policies. Throughout 2001, Mr. Stoler has worked extensively on questions arising out of the WTO's electronic commerce work programme. Before joining WTO, Mr. Stoler was a senior official with the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. He has an MBA in international business and a BS degree in international economic affairs.
