Benny Ginman was born in Helsinki, Finland in 1947. In 1970 Ginman joined Havulinna Oy, Intel’s local distributor in Helsinki. In 1975 Ginman joined Intel ‘s Scandinavian organization where he started as instructor in microprocessor programming. Since then he has held management positions in the Intel sales organization in the Nordic and he became the Nordic Intel Regional manager in 1987, based in Stockholm. In 1992 Ginman was appointed to the position of Director of Marketing for Intel’s Embedded Controller business in Europe, based in Munich. In 1997 he was appointed Director Sales of Marketing for Intel’s Wireless Communication , Network Communication and Home Products businesses in Europe , Middle East and Africa and from there he moved to his current role as Director of Government Affairs and Education Programs.
