After high school degree ("Abitur") und Siemens
apprenticeship ("Stammhauslehre") Erol completed
his economy studies with the bachelor of
commerce. He then worked for Siemens AG as
sales representative with Siemens ICN, in a
knowledge management project, country-wide as
instructor for sales managers of Siemens ICN VD
and finally as sales director for the ICN south region.
Since August 2000, Erol is head of the Siemens
Business Accelerator and also manager of the
e-CRM project at the Center of E-Excellence.
