Sjöholm joined Oracle in 1998 and was previously the Senior Director of the iTech Consulting practice in Scandinavia. The team was made up of over 250 consultants and was at the forefront of deploying the Internet. Ms Sjöholm's current duties include the business development of CRM products and solutions as well as assurance of CRM delivery capabilities. Oracle is currently combining the CRM Solutions sales with CRM Consulting to align with the integrated go-to-market model for eBusiness to enable a better leverage of CRM solutions. Ms Sjöholm worked for IBM for 16 years, during which time she held various positions in Scandinavia and over EMEA, dividing her time between sales and consulting. She was responsible for solutions sales for the banking and finance industry. Ms Sjöholm has been in the IT industry for more than 19 years. She has gained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as well as several sales awards.
