Grete Knudsen

Since March 2000, Mrs Grete Knudsen is serving her second term as Minister of Trade and Industry. The first term was between 1996 and 1997. Between 1997 and 2000, she was Chairman of the Standing Committee on Education, Research and Church Affairs of the Norwegian Parliament. She has previously been Minister of Health and Social Affairs (1992-94) and of Trade (1994-96). She has a university degree in special education
