Ilkka is a Partner at Accenture Helsinki Office. He is responsible of the
wireline business in Finland and he is leading the Process Excellence
Service Line in the Helsinki Office. Ilkka has extensive experience in
developing and evaluating new internet based business ideas and models. In
addition to his consulting experience Ilkka has also hold managerial and
executive positions in manufacturing and service industries. Ilkka also
attended a research program at Harvard Business School focusing on changes
in the telecommunications industry. Ilkka has contributed to three
internationally published books, written several articles and columns, and
is a frequently sought speaker in seminars and conferences on topics
covering areas such as: Future of Mobile Services, Managing
Transformational Change, Customer Insight Driven Innovation, etc
