Mr. Mart Laar, Prime Minister of Estonia and Chairman of the Pro Patria Union. In 1999 Mart Laar became the Prime Minister after general elections. Prior to that he was Member of Parliament and Prime Minister during the years 1992-95. He has a history degree from the University of Tartu (Ba 1983, Ma Phil 1994) and worked as a history teacher and at the Ministry for Culture at the beginning of his career.
