In May 1999,Mr Aaviksoo was appointed President & CEO of EMT (Estonian Mobile Telephone). Prior to joining EMT, Mr Aaviksoo has held senior posts in industry, gaming and trade.
He has worked as President & CEO of Norma, supplier of safety belts and other parts for automotive industry.
He has also been VP, responsible for Business Development & Marketing in Estonian Lottery.
He has got MBA from Estonian Business School and has studied in University of San Francisco. This year he went to Senior Executive Program in London Business School.
