Susan has more than two decades experience in banking, finance, and starting businesses. Ms. Kish was appointed Chairman of First Tuesday Global in March of 2001, having successfully led a purchase of First Tuesday by the Network of First Tuesday cities around the world.
Locally, in the fall of 1999, Susan began First Tuesday in Zurich with three colleagues, out of the desire to jumpstart their own companies. Now, as CEO for First Tuesday Zurich, she has overseen its growth to be one of the most successful in the First Tuesday global network, a real catalyst to the community, and a recognized platform for entrepreneurship and innovation in new technologies. Previously, she was CEO for E*TRADE Switzerland. Prior to her entrepreneurial career, Susan had been with UBS since 1985, most recently as Global Head of Structured Finance based in Zurich. Before traveling to Europe with UBS, she held a variety of executive positions in New York where she was responsible for their entry into several new markets and products.
Susan holds a degree in the History of Science from Harvard College, and lives with her family in Zurich, Switzerland.
