Intel Capital, heads the team responsible for pursuing investments and new business opportunities in Europe. Normally working with Venture Capitalists, Intel Capital Europe made over 50 new equity investments during the last year with the intent of expanding the Internet services, computing, content, wireless and broadband communications sectors. Tim joined Intel in 1981 and has held a number of positions in engineering and marketing at Intel, his most recent as Director and General Manager of the Content Group for Intel Europe. Prior to this he was General Manager of the EMEA Intel Architecture Business Group and the Worldwide Marketing Director of the Pentium (tm) Processor Division through brand and product launch. Tim has been with Intel Europe since 1993. Tim is an alumnus of University of California and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
