In December 1995, Mr Lokenbahs was appointed President and Chairman of DATI Group. Prior to that Mr Lokenbahs held senior posts in IT industry, including President and Chairman of SWH Informativas Sistemas and Vice President and Board member of SWH Riga. He has a system analyst degree from Bauman's Technical University in Moscow. Mr Lokenbahs is also a member of Latelekom Executive Board, Hansabanka Council, Riga Information Technology Institute Council and Board member of the LEF programme for Education, Science and Culture. He is an active member of Latvian IT&T Association (LITTA).
