On 14 April the Tender Commission held a meeting to assess the bids submitted for the tender announced by SIA Birojs 2000, Co-ordination Centre of the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Riga, for the right to render insurance services.

Having assessed both the bids received Birojs 2000 awarded the right to conclude the State Procurement Agreement to the joint stock insurance company Seesam Latvia. The joint stock insurance company Seesam Latvia will perform insurance for the types of insurance specified by Birojs 2000 on the occasion of the EBRD Board of Governors' Annual Meeting to be convened in Riga between 20-22 May 2000.

Tender For Catering Services At The Reception At The State Art Museum Arsenals

On 14 April SIA Birojs 2000, the Co-ordination Centre of the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Riga launched a tender for the right to render catering services during the reception hosted at the State Art Museum Arsenals on the occasion of the EBRD Annual Meeting.

Tender Regulations are available at Birojs 2000, Room 308, K.Valdemara 5, Riga on weekdays between 10.00 - 17.00 by making an appointment in advance by phone +371 7043602. Bids shall be submitted at the above address by 12.00 on 28 April 2000. Tender announcements are published in the newspapers Latvijas Vestnesis, Dienas Bizness as well as the newspaper Diena.
